Prologis Park Venlo is a modern logistics platform in Trade Port West and consists of six state-of-the-art distribution facilities, including office and mezzanine floors covering a total of approximately 160,000 m². All warehouses have a clear height of approximately 10 - 12.2 meters and offer loading docks with electrically operated doors and levelers and are in compliance with modern standards.

Recently Venlo DC 6 has been completed. Venlo DC 6 consists of 2 units of 18,300 m² and can be expanded up another 2 units of 18,300 m². It has a clear height of 12.2 m, super flat floor, LED lighting and BREAAM rating very good. For more specifications please check tab DC 6.

Prologis Park Venlo can be reached via exit 39 on the A67 motorway and is connected to the Port of Rotterdam, the Port of Antwerp and the Port of Amsterdam via daily rail shuttles. The park is adjacent to airports of Düsseldorf, Eindhoven, Maastricht, Liège, Amsterdam and Brussels which all have cargo facilities. Venlo has an inland barge container terminal, operated by European Container Terminal (ECT), which connects the park to Rotterdam, Amsterdam and Antwerp.
